THE CEO & INVENTOR

Kasper Jorgensen had just turned 14 years old and who was now allowed to join the only gym available for kids or young people in the town of Humlebæk.

Its around 1990 and Denmark has an amazing educational system where after school projects are available for those that select it and do something after school.

In the 80s Kasper was not only playing soccer he also was a KARATE practitioner of the local KARATE school “Shin Go Ryu” KARATE.

So, around 1990 he begins weight training at a place called Kejserdalen in Denmark. This was a kind of trade school doing stuff kids like him didn’t get a chance to do. Three times a week Kasper would walk 5 miles to get to this gym, workout and walk 5 miles back home. It was here at this location he got an introduction into “old school” training and the concepts. Here I met a Gentleman named Gert Dam.

He was the man in charge of the school and its students, he also oversaw the weight training and educating of young people in the ways of the GYM.

Here he was taught the basic concepts of full range motion and control the weight… al these concepts were the same one Arnold Schwarzenegger used with his crew back then. These concepts were passed onto him from Gert.

The gym itself was on the second floor and all the equipment pretty much was home made from the metal shop in the school. It was basic equipment, but it worked 100%.
